individual therapy
$140 / 60 MIN SESSION
In one-to-one sessions, you'll guide us through your story: your experiences, goals, challenges, life updates—no topic is off-limits, unless you say it is. We move at your pace, prioritizing comfort and safety.
This support is open to both individuals struggling with substance misuse, or those challenged by a loved one's use of substances.
family support
$200 / 90 MIN SESSION
Substance use can have ripples of impact beyond the person using. In family sessions, the goal is to educate and hold space for multiple truths and experiences, improving understanding of substance use issues, enhancing communication and compassion between loved ones.

Mental Health First Aid Course
​
Hosted by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, this course focuses on the four most common mental health challenges: substance use, mood, anxiety and psychotic disorders. Participants who take this course will be well-prepared to interact confidently with their family, friends, communities and in their workplaces in the case of a mental health emergency.
